Many Hypnotherapists, having completed their training, never really get anywhere. They may be great on theory, but often lack an understanding of what really makes hypnotherapy effective.
Well, here it is….
- Care passionately about helping people
- Have a good supply of really elegant, interchangeable, effective tools
- Become proficient with the tools to the point of working intuitively
“KEEP IT SIMPLE”
The subconscious mind is simple – it does not respond well to the wordy, intellectual approaches so favoured by many training establishments.
That’s why, at The Atkinson-Ball College, we believe in:
MINIMAL THEORY AND NOTETAKING

PERIOD
The course modules are over eight weekends at, approximately, three-weekly intervals. This allows time for the students to assimilate the course material and to practise the techniques.
The course is Demonstration, Discussion, Practise, Proficiency, so the majority of the learning takes place in the classroom itself. However, certain assignments are set for students to do at home, in order to reinforce particular aspects of the course. These form part of the overall assessment.
